Information about the artist

Rebecca Zieleznik is based in Limehouse, London E14.  Drawing on inspiration from the Thames, modern architecture such as the dramatic lines of the Canary Wharf skyline amongst other influences associated with urban living, Rebecca creates original, contemporary oil and acrylic paintings ranging from abstracts, to sea & cityscapes. Her work is widely sought after and has been purchased and exhibited by both individuals and businesses looking for something a little bit different for their interiors.

Further information about styles/themes/colours

There are four key styles which Rebecca currently focuses on and an indication of typical themes and colour palettes are:

• Seascapes: blues, greys, whites, reds, bronze, atmospheric, fluid movement
• Urban or alpine abstracts in a variety of highly texturised colours ranging from red/bronze/browns/gold or white/grey/blue/purple/silver/bronze
• Abstract swirls: texturised backgrounds in creams/golds/bronze with raised darker swathes of colour in either payne's grey, graphite, midnight blue, dark green and chocolate
• Metallic abstracts: combinations of lustrous, earthy tones coupled with blues, yellow ochre, red and mocha hues. Designs include geometric blocks, circles, squares and other shapes

All paintings use acrylics and/or oils on high quality stretched canvas

mounted on to a wooden frame - this means no need to frame and you can

simply hang on the wall. The canvas is typically stretched around the frame's

edges which means there are no staples showing - a great, clean, contemporary
