How does it work?

As soon as you give us your card information we send your company to Companies House for validation. This is important because Companies House work on a time of arrival for deciding who gets a company name. You can get your name to Companies House in as little as 5 minutes using our system.

When we submit your application to Companies House we send your Articles and Memorandum to you. Once Companies House have checked your company name they send back a certificate of incorporation to us and we forward it to you with the following.

You receive your Certificate of Incorporation, and Form 228a (appointment of Director or Secretary) in pdf format. You need to complete the 228a to appoint your directors and secretaries. The forms come with instructions and we are happy to help if you have any problems. You send back the forms and we conduct the first meeting of the company and transfer directors, secretary and shareholder to you and submit all the documents to Companies House. You now have a company that is ready to trade along with all the documentation required for opening a bank account etc.
