Partnerships

We've recently agreed partnership arrangements with Chrome River Expense and with IntApp both of whom are reknowned as the best of breed solutions in their chosen markets.  We urge you to go to their websites and see their offerings.

Mergers

We've recently completed 3 mergers for clients from a number of different systems into Elite.  Systems that we've now helped clients convert from include:

SOS, Arista, AIM, Pilgrim, Miles33, Proclaim, Eclipse, Paragon, President, Lawyer IT, Lotus Notes.

Upgrades

We're also in the process of doing a number of Enterprise 3.8 upgrades and building into these upgrades comprehensive Elite Process Reviews, GL restructuring and Case Sensitive to Case Insensitive conversions.  Some clients do all at once, some a bit at a time but, whatever you choose, we can offer a full upgrade service.  It's also a good time to consider hardware upgrades and virtualization and also investing in re-Training to make sure you use the Enterprise and Webview systems to their full potential.

WebService Intergration Package

Do you find yourselves wondering how to integrate other systems into Elite.  We've developed a number of WebServices that ensure your Enterprise System can talk and/or listen to other products such as Metastorm, Interaction, Pivotal, Solcase to name but a few.  Unlike any other solution we make use of the Elite back-end services to validate and carry out the postings thus ensuring a level of data-integrity compatible with an Elite transaction.

Trademark and fixed-cost module.

We've developed a solution to enable easy processing of fixed costs such as Trademark Filing Fees that automatically get posted when a specific type of timecard is recorded.  Save yourself from having to enter the cost and have the system do it automatically.  We've also enhanced this module to automatically post CHAPS payment charges when you post a client account payment.

VAT

It's still there.  The EU VAT solution has been running for the best part of a year and ticking along nicely.  Also there's a new rate change coming up.  Refer to our News Section for old notes on how to handle the rate change if you need a refresher.

BACS payments & Electronic Remittances

A number of clients have recently implemented BACS payments where the Elite cheque run produces a file to upload to the bank thus alleviating any re-keying errors.  Use Extend alongside to automatically send out Electronic Remittance Advice  notification.

Compound Interest Calculator

The in-built Elite Interest Calculator uses a simple-interest algorithm.  We have client firms who handle hundreds of millions of pounds of client funds and need a comprehensive compound interest solution for client funds.  We've developed an Elite custom report to do this and to produce the appropriate interest transaction posting.
