The Company was formed on a patented solution that identified the limitations of security hardware on the market.  Whilst increased theft of high-tech computer systems has become big business, Woodpecker’s sole purpose for the past 22 years has been to develop, manufacture and distribute a proprietary line of security hardware that physically deters and stops theft. This security solution addressed the need for government, private and commercial establishments including educational and research based computer labs to combat the growing concern of PC, laptop, and RAM chip theft. Independent mobile security requirements has also resulted in a number of designs, including the combination of a computer trolley and security cabinet, proving to be the most popular choice throughout a diversity of industry applications. Through the years additional product lines have been added, our latest developments in the protection of computer systems, is now being used in computer labs across the country.
