International Internet Recoveries
In November 2006 Vilcol agreed a UK and European partnership with a US Internet company called ReliaBid Inc. This means that businesses in the United States of American and Online-Traders buying goods in America can recover their bad debts from individuals and companies in the UK and Europe. The ReliaBid solution has two parts. A website Seal, that warns people of their commitments at the point of sale and the consequences of non payment or not following through with a internet auction bid. ReliaBid offer a deterrent against ‘Bogus Bidding’ and ‘Credit Card Charge-backs on auction sites like eBay and from some individual companies, for a small transaction charge.
The transatlantic partnership with Vilcol means that internet ‘Bad Debts,’ ‘Stocking Fees’ and ‘Service Charges’ can be recovered at the back end for a small flat fee. In fact all of Vilcol’s services are available to these international Power-sellers at normal rates. With the November 2006 launch of ReliaBid.co.uk, the same deterrent and recovery service is now available to UK Online-Traders and Power-sellers across the internet.
A new eBusinesses can sign up to the Reliabid services immediately over the internet using either www.reliabid.com or www.reliabid.co.uk websites. Protection can be offered on transactions within 24-48 hours subject to credit clearance and accepting ReliaBid's terms and conditions. The recovery process is initiated by the eBusinesses as and when required. Vilcol pursues the defaulters or debtors persuading them to pay the Client the original money outstanding, if this is not paid within 21 days a 'stocking fee' may be added.
