ValueAdding.com Limited has been working with Local Authority clients since 2000, specialising in process improvement services and change management with skills transfer to in-house staff. We have an enviable track record that can be verified by our clients.

We are experts in Activity Based Costing (ABC) and have developed Rough-cut ABC specifically for the public sector.  We have helped many local authorities to cost their service transaction costs and build business cases for change.

We believe strongly in sharing best practice between councils, and advise our clients to make use of all toolkits, case studies and other material held by organisations such as the IDeA and esd-Toolkit.  We are currently working with DCLG, Government Connect, NW Centre of Excellence and West Midlands LGA.
