Tailored In-house Courses

We can provide in-house courses at your own premises which enable you to train a number of staff cost effectively.

Our in-house courses range from basic to advanced level in Nutrition, HACCP, Food Safety and Auditing. Our NUTRITION & HEALTH AWARENESS courses are proving very popular as a refresher course for Local Authority catering staff. We also offer HACCP - the Fundamentals which provides an overview of HACCP principles for operatives.

We can cater for all your training needs - for everyone from food operatives through team leaders to senior managers. We also offer the CIEH 'Training the Trainer' course which will enable you to facilitate your own in-house training.
