Shows a very fresh nose with a remarkable and extra-ordinary fruit for Pinot Gris.  Racy aromas of green mango, Granny Smith apples and green reed.  On the palate the wine presents itself in the same manner - fresh and lively - with a well-balanced structure.  Combined with its medium alcohol it is very approachable.  Lime and fresh mirabells flavours, finishing with slightly green banana and animating crisp acidity.
