Texcel Technology Plc, provides electronic hardware and software solutions to meet customer requirements. This includes our Remote Monitoring and Control system based upon the Vision and VSys solution. Our remote monitoring and control system will monitor facilities within communal buildings, this includes water tanks, boilers, pumps, support equipment and lifts. Our solution will also track lift maintainer’s and inspection visits for each location. The central computer server records all the alarms and allows central staff to monitor in real time the status of each site and if required control equipment remotely, such as driving the lift to the top/bottom floor, etc.

 

Customer specific reports can be generated giving mean and maximum time to repair, in-service percentages, and missed visits.The system also provides full audit tracking of when the alarm occurred, the time and who accepted the alarm, when the alarm was cleared.
