Hours of Business
Our sales team are available to assist you between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Cut off for next day delivery is 4.00pm and goods will only be despatched once full cleared payment is received.
Delivery Discrepancies
All shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt and faxed to us on 0844-801-0500 or emailed to sales@telecomsdealer.co.uk. Non-delivery of goods must be reported within 3 working days of when the order was placed.
Method of payment
You can pay for your goods by credit or debit card securely from our on line catalogue using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo or Delta
You can pay by bacs directly into our bank account - please email us for the details. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days for the money to be received depending on your bank.
You can also pay by cheque to be made payable to Telecoms Dealer Ltd (goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared through our account 5 working days after receipt).
Our quickest and safest method of payment is through paypal. We have set up an account and our user name is sales@telecomsdealer.co.uk. Please remember to detail what you are ordering and the address to which you need the goods despatching to on the message section within the payment screen. The goods will be shipped out on the same day that the payment is received (as long as this is prior to our 4pm cut off). Using this method we receive an email advising us of the funds arrival into our account and with it being cleared funds this enables us to despatch without any delays.
