WELCOME TO THOMAS ARMSTRONG CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

Thomas Armstrong Construction is a general contractor for the construction of building and civil engineering projects operating on a regional basis throughout the North of England and Southern Scotland.

The Company carries out all forms of construction contracts including retail, commercial, industrial and housing projects, as well as civil engineering infrastructure works, up to a maximum of £20 million, with a turnover at 2005 of approximately £50 million, with experience in Partnering, PFI and Design and Build.

We have an excellent record for quality, safety and environmental performance holding certification with CHAS, Safecontractors, ISO 9000 and CAPS.

Our principal administrative functions are based at the Head Office in Flimby, Cumbria but we have fully resourced and effective satellite offices in Catterick, Lancaster and Glasgow, each with a  history of producing quality projects to time and budget.
