Here we can create a General Body Conditioning Programme that is outdoors using your own body weight. However indoor sessions can be held at the Thistle Hotel Otium Spa Bristol with our highly experienced personal trainer Miro. It is highly successful programme which is overseen by the Former Super Middleweight World Champion Boxer Glenn Catley and Welsh Champion 5k Endurance runner Craig Peters.

For the ladies we have Samantha our highly experienced REP's Level 3 PT instructor if you would prefer training with a femine touch!

This is a great place to start an initial Personal Training session, painting a picture of your overall health and fitness. The consultation is split into four areas covering your medical history, current health,  fitness and lastly a full nutritional assessment.
