If you have an enquiry about the availability of a domain, or another matter, please use email as the first point of contact.
You need to include your contact details along with the domain name in question, and any other relevant information.
If you submit an anonymous enquiry or use a free email account such as hotmail or yahoo, our filtering system may delete it, in which case you are unlikely to receive a reply.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure
We aim to provide a quality service to our customers at all times, but occasionally things go wrong. When this happens we will do our best to resolve matters as soon as possible.
If you need to raise an issue, or a complaint, or give us some feedback then please contact us, or write to us at the address below. We aim to acknowledge all correspondence within two working days and provide a full response within 5 working days.
