Refund Policy
All customers have the right to cancel their purchase within seven days of placing their order or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you wish to return goods or cancel an order then email info@dixonbeswick.com quoting your order number and detailing your request. Where no goods have been despatched your order will then be cancelled and a full refund made, where gooods have been despatched then we will contact you back with a return address. When the returned goods have been received by ourselves a full refund will be made.
