TIMS—Test and Inspection Management System
The TIMS (Test and Inspection Management System) program allows operators
complete freedom to define equipment types, commissioning dates and their
corresponding test and inspection frequencies. Subsequent test and inspection activities will result in the recording of the relevant details against each item of equipment in accordance with Health and Safety Executive guidelines. To assist in timely maintenance of equipment TIMS automatically generates a list of all equipment due for test or inspection within any given time frame.
There is also a pre warning capability which is user definable. Additionally, equipment may be assigned to individual call signs and optionally configured to track changes in the host vehicle.

Inventory Reports are produced by logical grouping (for example, within a specific BA branch you'll only get a report for BA's).
User defined reports can be generated and exported in various universal file formats to third party applications such as Crystal Reports, thus providing the user with a powerful and flexible management tool. On return from external testing or maintenance facilities, on-site acceptance testing of equipment is required prior to re-issue.
