OWLe - Performance Management System
OWLe is a portal-based Performance Management System. It is a business centric
workflow applicable, designed to support any business improvement program through graphical display of over and under-achievement, enabling users to accurately manage performance against defined targets. It provides compatibility with the principles of Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) and facilitates management and reporting against Best Value Indicators.
Key Features:
All user and administration interfaces have been designed to maximize ease-of-use, through graphic representation of information and selection requirements.
• Performance targets are definable to incorporate tolerances and weighting
factors as required, with results against these being displayable across any day,
week, month or year as defined be each user.
• The performance displays being visible as traffic light indicators, data charts,
graphs, spatial models etc., covering parent/child related targets, singular or grouped targets as required.
• Remedial action plans can be created and associated with targets, allocated
by e-mail to explicit users and tracked, and a full audit trail of user activity is
provided within the management section of the system.
• A benchmarking facility enables comparison of results across regions/divisions/departments etc.
Reports
OWLE also incorporates a comprehensive reports generator, which uses a dynamic desktop publishing tool with a unique “drag and drop” facility, offering considerable flexibility of content and presentation. Stored reports then being updated dynamically in line with data changes within the system.
