| |  | | Rowe and Company was founded by Chris Rowe in 1985 to respond to the needs of employers to recruit specialist skills within the fluid handling industries.Initially the Company established a base within the pump industry, and during subsequent years developed expertise in the recruitment of Engineers with experience in valves, mechanical seals and compressors.Paul Wheeler joined the Company in the year 2000 and brought further experience in turbo machinery, aftermarket engineering, and process engineering.Today the Company is a major recruiter, for both permanent and temporary personnel, not only in the UK but in Europe, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia, and America.Other Executives of the Company are Lesley Dumigan, Company Secretary.
