GENERAL INFORMATION Care Instructions You will find full care instructions on each item you receive; please follow these instructions carefully as we are unable to credit items which have been mistreated. In the case of minimum iron garments these must be taken from the washing machine immediately and hung to dry to achieve minimum ironing. Fabric conditioner can weaken the fibre content in your clothing so please be careful not to use in excess, Crépe De Chine and Polyester fabrics are particularly susceptible to this problem. Please take care to wash all dark colours separately. Maternity Wear We are more than happy to supply maternity wear at an additional charge of 50% per garment. You only need order your normal size and delivery is approximately 6 weeks. Maternity wear is not returnable. Colour Due to printing limitations, if you are unsure of a fabric colour or pattern we will happily send you a fabric swatch. Badge Flap Service If you need to wear an I.D. badge on your shirt or blouse, we can apply a flap in the same fabric. The charge is £2.00 per item. Alterations We can shorten trousers, skirts and cuffs, which are non-stock lengths this service is £4.00 per item and garments are non-returnable once altered outside our stock lengths. Outsizes Our standard stock range is detailed at the back of the catalogue; any sizes outside this range will be manufactured to order and will be non-returnable. These items incur a 20% surcharge and 4-6 week delivery time. Please see the size chart at the back of the catalogue for outsizes. Wearer Trials & Wash Tests Be assured that Rex Regal take extensive care when testing our fabrics and trimmings when manufacturing our range. Wearer trials are put in place for all items to ensure quality and durability. Delivery Charge Orders are dispatched on a recorded 24-hour delivery service at a charge of £6.00 per consignment (UK only). We offer free delivery on samples, however the customer is required to pay for the return of the goods. Returns Please fill in your returns form fully when sending back any unwanted items. The items must be sent back to Rex Regal using a recognised courier with proof of delivery within 7 working days of receipt for credit. Please note that we will not be able to credit any garments that have been mis-treated. Printing, Embroidery & Tabbing Please feel free to call our sales office that will instruct you as to the procedures for embroidery and printing. Prices are dependent on size and in the case of printing the colours involved. If you would like t fax or email your required logo we will be more than happy to quote.
