Renaisi was formed in 1998 as an independent, not-for-profit company specializing in the design and implementation of regeneration programmes.

Our core business, the development and management of regeneration programmes, has expanded to include assisting Local Authorities with the development of robust appraisal, monitoring and financial systems; project management; interim management; marketing; and, regeneration strategy.

Renaisi’s roster includes some of the most experienced regeneration practitioners in the country, drawn from the public and private sectors. We have combined the best elements of public service with the dynamism and ‘can do’ attitude of the private sector.
