Regal Taxis has been established since February 2009. We are a small company consisting of two drivers and one relief driver who helps out when we are busy.
We have an office based in Shepton Mallet and provide a Taxi Service in and around the Mendip area and further a field if needed,distance is no problem. We run twenty four hours by having the office telephone transferred to our mobile so are able to accept calls at all times unlike some companies who say they are twenty four hours but only when pre booked.
We have a Toyota Avensis Car which is quite spacious the front passenger seat can be raised and lowered,reclined and moved back to provide more space and easier access for customers with mobility problems, we also have a Peugeot 806 People carrier that can convey up to seven customers (with a trailer for luggage if needed). We do not at this time have a wheelchair access vehicle but is something we are considering in the autumn.
At present we provide normal taxi services, airport runs,school runs at competitive prices.
Our drivers are polite and courteous and aim to be punctual at all times if for any reason we are held up we make contact if possible with the customer and keep them informed Our aim is to provide ourcustomers with a quality, friendly service catering for all needs.
