Fostering Support
R&L Associates has pioneered the use of independent social workers in incidents of alleged abuse and or complaints, and provides services to foster carers and local authorities/independent agencies. We aim to strike a balance between the rights of children to be protected from harm, and foster carers right to represent themselves and be heard.
We also provide comprehensive services to ensure CSCI inspection targets are met in regards to reviews of carers, Form F assessments and foster carer preparation groups.
We run seminars for practitioners on improving best practice with black families and children, including improving the level of take up by ethnic minorities during recruitment drives.
The Team can also provide support in the area of unannounced visits, kinship carer assessments and independent support to long term/adoptive placements.
We offer a service which can be used to radically transform and develop your performance. We guarantee a four month turnaround on Form F assessments, and promise to refund 10% of fees if this is not achieved.
