RH Advertising was originally formed in Exeter over 30 years ago and is the largest independent advertising and design agency in the South West of England.
Our management structure and resources enable us to accommodate large workflows whilst maintaining efficiency and creative quality. Rh has 20 frontline employees dealing with design and typesetting and the production and management of that activity. We use a computer based job management software to manage workflow of projects through the agency and it is possible for clients to view the status of their jobs remotely if requested.
RH also has an account management team to scrutinise client briefs, provide further insights on target audiences as well as manage the complete process for the client.
It is their responsibility to maintain a weekly job status report, detailing all the client projects, their deadlines, current status and next actions.
