What if my company name is rejected?

You shall be contacted if your company is rejected. We make no charge for resubmitting a company name.
 

What if I want to change my company name?

Companies House make a small charge for changing a company name. It is important to check your company name carefully before submitting it. However, in the event that you wish to change your company name you should contact us at companyformationsupport@uk-plc.net.

I can't login to do my online forms

Please check your login name and password carefully. You should have received an e-mail with your correct username and login. If you still can't get in, you should try closing down all of your browser windows and trying again. It may also help to reboot your computer.
