The company behind 'quick and easy company formations' has been successfully registering companies online for the past two years, and in that time over 1500 companies have been registered using this system.

Based in Aldermaston, near Reading, @UK-PLC used a partner company @UK Development Team , to create the electronic filing software responsible for handling all of the data. A further partner, @UK Design Team is responsible for the design of this website.
