3. How long has the company been going? Since 4th October 2002. 4. Where is your office? Due to growth in contracts, we have recently purchased larger premises, our new shop is at 52 Montrose Terrace, Edinburgh and will be fully refurbished by September. 5. How many vehicles do you have? All our operatives have Company Vehicles. These range from Renault Kangoo Vans, to Renault Trafic Vans & Peugeot Partner Vans. 6. What trades do you cover? We provide electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painter/decorators, wet trades operatives such as plasterers and tilers and of course we have multi-skilled staff. We sub-contract scaffolding, heating, vinyl floor coverings and glazing. 7. Do you provide an out of hours service? Property Repair Ltd provides a 24/7 365 day reactive maintenance service in-house, manned by our own employees, not subcontracted to an outside company. 8. Are you registered with any trade bodies? Property Repair Ltd are Registered Members of FMB & EBC, our Gas/Heating Engineer is CORGI Registered, and our Electrical Engineer is NICEIC Accredited giving all our clients peace of mind in using a fully compliant bona fide company. 9. What areas do you cover? Property Repair Ltd covers Edinburgh & Lothians. 10. Are your operatives identifiable? All operatives wear Property Repair liveried corporate clothing and drive Property Repair liveried vehicles. 11. Do you use any sub-contractors? We normally use only our own directly employed workforce. But we also have a tried and tested, pre-vetted bank of subcontractors to call on during work peaks and for specialist jobs. Using sub-contractors does not discharge our overall responsibility to our clients in any way. 12. What about Health & Safety? Property Repair Ltd has a full H&S policy in place. Our MD ensures that all directly employed and sub-contracted staff fully adhere to our policy. |
