One to One
Coaching

A series of coaching sessions over 6-12 months. Tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Information is gathered from various sources (including appraisal, MBTI, 360 review and discussions with the people around them), to inform the confidential coaching dicussions. Outcomes include increased focus, motivation and productivity which impacts the whole organisation.

Team
Coaching

Undertaken over 6-12 months (similar to one to one coaching), or as a single catalytic event which is followed up by the team itself. Leaders often bring their teams into these coaching programmes after having been coached on a one to one basis. An intensive 2-3 day workshop can generate the critical thinking needed to drive the necessary change that will impact the organisation.

Coach
Coaching

For organisations wishing to make coaching a key part of their results strategy, internal coaching capabilities can be developed and supported. Coaches can be selected from amongst your most able people and developed over a 6-12 month period. Some people may also show the aptitute and attitude to become group facilitators.

Leadership
Development

Ranging from half day and multi-day events, through to longer term development programmes.  Focus can be on developing leadership capabilities, working with particular issues (such as change or innovation) or on addressing a specific business need. Tailored for individual leaders, leadership teams or new project teams.

Talent
Development

Planning the future succession and managing the talent within an organisation relies heavily on how future leaders are developed. Focusing on future leaders as individuals or in groups ensures that organisations reap the rewards as they quickly realise their potential and learn to manage their own development.

Career
Development

Many people (including the most senior) can find themselves 'trapped' by circumstances. Workshops are focused on helping people understand what they are looking for and why, then exploring ways of moving their careers forward. Works in various formats on a one to one basis or with teams or groups.

MBTI
Workshops

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator tool is an excellent framework for helping people understand themselves and others. The tool is used in many programmes, but is also offered to individuals and teams in its own right. Both the 'step I' and the more insightful 'step II' tools can form excellent workshops.

Wet
Workshops

Using water as a learning environment can offer a new and different reality for a lot of people. Workshops can range from simple team building activities, through to fully integrated development programmes. They can be run as one-off events or over longer periods

Scuba
Workshops

Taking the water theme further, divers may wish to combine their coaching around a day's diving or whilst extending their diving capabilities. Non-divers may like to build their development around a diving PADI qualification course. For individuals and teams.
