As a qualified scuba diving instructor, Steve can build your coaching and development around an introduction to scuba diving or even around an internationally recognised scuba diving qualification. If you already dive, why not get away from the normal stresses of the job and have your coaching and development sessions built around a day's diving, or longer. All diving activities are fully integrated into your broader coaching or development. They are used to create a common experience for programme participants and will provide practical illustrations of the material being covered. The diving can, of course, be offered independently if required.
