ServicesMany of our clients approach Priority Research in order to use our specialised process called the Priority Search™. This technique allows us to establish the respondent groups' actual agenda rather than just a response to management issues. It has proved to be invaluable when working with tenants and young people as it allows our clients to identify and target services and resources more appropriately.
By utilising qualitative comments either from focusing exercises, other initiatives or pre recorded documentation we are able to select items which the client believes they should be responding to. These are the fed into the Priority Search™ system which produces a set of comparisons for completion as part of a quantitative questionnaire. The Priority Search™ provides us with a method of turning qualitative comments into meaningful statistical data upon which strategic decisions can be made.
