Portrayal Ltd is the largest independent supplier of office equipment and document management solutions to both the corporate and local authority markets in the South West.  As the sole approved supplier of office equipment to Bristol City Council and an approved supplier to South Gloucestershire Council we have over 15 years of expertise in serving the Public Sector. Our consultative approach allows us to offer more than just office equipment.  We work with each department continue to fully understand their needs and will only supply appropriate products. Our trained engineers, IT specialists and support staff will deliver and install the equipment at a convenient time, agreed in advance. Full product training will be provided upon installation and will continue to be given for the duration of the contract at no cost

 

We understand how important service is to our customers and the excellent levels of care that we provide enable us to retain our customers.  Our customer service team is locally based and includes a dedicated Account Manager to ensure that we deliver a personal service.  An Account Development team assigned to oversee the installation of the equipment and to provide comprehensive training for the duration of the contract

 

Other benefits we offer is the ability to log and monitor emergency service call outs online including the location and description of fault.  Automatic toner ordering when the level of a cartridge drops below 70% and a guaranteed four hour response to emergency call outs keeping machines “down time” to a minimum.
