1) Check the availability of your preferred dates by clicking on the link below (Hint-clicking on the dates on the calendar will automatically calculate thenumber of nights and enter that information into the booking form)
2) If the dates you want are available, (and if you agree with our
Terms and Conditions) simply complete the booking form on the same page. If your preferred dates are not available, select alternative dates and submit the booking form.

4) Once we receive your booking form, we'll send you an email confirming that the dates are available and the price of your holiday.We'll also ask for your security deposit.
5) You must pay your deposit within 7 days. If you do not pay your deposit within 7 days we'll make the dates you've selected generally available and you may lose them.
NB : For late bookings, you must pay your deposit within 24 hours.
6) When your deposit has been paid, your booking will be confirmed.
7) You must then pay the full amount of your holiday 28 days before your arrival date.
8) When you've paid for your holiday, we'll send you some further information and arrange a time for your arrival so that Northbank Cottage is ready for you.
