Nelson Training was established by Viv Nelson in May 2001. She decided to get rid of all the usual training turn-offs and offer something radically refreshing, effective and new. After spending many years working as a senior lecturer, head of department and training consultant in one of the UK's largest Colleges, she started out with a handful of clients and now has over 160 organisations on her client list. The company currently employs six full time staff and dozens of part time associates.
