1 EXPERIENCE. Qualified as a solicitor in 1974, practised in Sydenham, London SE26, continuously from 1975 to 1993, and in Forest Hill, London SE23, from 1993 until now. 

2 RESPONSIVENESS TO CLIENTS' PREFERENCES. As Martin Wilkinson started his own practice from scratch, we can give full consideration to all constructive suggestions received. What do you think the difference is between a good conveyancing service and an excellent one? 

3 COMPETITIVE FEES. It is not our aim always to be the cheapest, but we shall strive to give the best possible service and value for money. 

4 NO COMPLETION NO FEE for RESIDENTIAL ONVEYANCING. We are not charging Clients any fee for an abortive residential sale or purchase. You would only have to pay disbursements incurred.

Martin Wilkinson, the Principal, qualified as a Solicitor in June 1974.

Brenda Wilkinson, the Principal's wife, comes in part-time to keep us all in order and oversee the administration of the practice.

Jayda Fransen is doing a part-time course leading to an LLb Law Degree.  We are all supporting her in her ambition to qualify as a solicitor.  

Kareen Rhudd oversees conveyancing search applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, applications to the Land Registry, as well as doing the day-to-day administration work.  Working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Francisca Obu already has a Graduate Diploma in Law and is due to complete a Masters Degree in Law as well as the Legal Practice Course by summer 2008 when we would have no hesitation in giving her a training contract enabling her to qualify as a solicitor.

For residential conveyancing we charge fixed fees, no completion no fee and no hidden extras.  We do not charge extra for mortgage work, completing SDLT Returns or contributions to our Professional Indemnity premium.  Contact us for a quotation telling us
