Kareen Rhudd oversees conveyancing search applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, applications to the Land Registry, as well as doing the day-to-day administration work. Francisca Obu already has a Graduate Diploma in Law and is due to complete a Masters Degree in Law as well as the Legal Practice Course by summer 2008 when we would have no hesitation in giving her a training contract enabling her to qualify as a solicitor.
