About Us

Atkinsons has been in business since March 2000. It was purchased in September of 2003 by Alexis Ferraris. Alexis's experience totals 17 years in catering, of which 10 years have been in Management. The areas of catering include Hotels, Restaurants and Health Clubs.

MR ZAZA - Finger Buffets is a new name for Atkinsons. The new name signals a new chapter for the Finger Buffet part of the operation.

We currently run Atkinsons Sandwich Bar – offering a wide choice of traditional and continental breads with the fillings and add-ons of your choice. We felt it was time to separate both businesses, giving each its own identity.

MR ZAZA is continental, passionate about taste and presentation, with a positive energy..that’s us!

Our Services

MR ZAZA specializes in Finger Buffets which are created to meet your needs. They are suitable for corporate lunches, evening receptions, sporting events through to a private reception.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and often make a Finger Buffet to order, mixing and matching menu items to meet your tastes and budget.

Our Finger Buffets are presented on our unique platters, delivered in our refrigerated van – (free locally), arriving on time. Paper plates and napkins are supplied, and we collect our platters within the next 48 hours.
