Working usually one day a week at your premises, we offer additional advantages and support over and above what internal departments could offer - such as - - Additional expertise in dealing with suppliers
- Additional resource(s) if internal staff not available
- An independent view from a 3rd party - offering a neutral viewpoint
- Experience in producing management reports and evaluating tender responses
- An insight into how the prospective suppliers sales people operate - being sales people our selves, we would expect to know how they think!!
- Acting as an outside consultant we would not add to internal head count
We can also arrange additional suppliers discounts, a full review of your support requirements - and can supply IT Technology information through our IT experience etc, for both you and your clients - your internal customers.
