MTL Document Services is the trading name of Micrographic Techniques Ltd, a leading document management services provider. We specialise in document scanning, microfilming and microform scanning services and have been trading since 1977. Our commitment to quality is backed up by our ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and appointment as an official Kodak Document Conversion Centre.

MTL Document Services convert in excess of one million images per month, collecting documents from Clients UK-wide. We provide scanning solutions to a diverse range of sectors, including:

Once scanned, images are returned to the Client on CD/DVD or alternatively they can be accessed via our Lesspaper Hosting service. This system allows secure 24/7 access to scanned documents for any authorised user wherever they are in the world.

In addition to conversion services, we also supply micrographic hardware, consumables, toner and scanner hardware, software and associated consumables.
