Municipal & District Repair Company Ltd (MDRC) was founded in 1990 to provide an on-site maintenance and repair service for plastic and metal waste containers.

MDRC expanded steadily and established itself as a market leader. The company was incorporated in 1993 and continues to be owned by the Izzard family.

This growth continued with the establishment of a spares division and the first and only semi-automated refurbishment facility for waste containers.

MDRC also leads the field in waste container maintenance and servicing.

Due to customer demands, Community Clean was established nearly ten years ago to provide a complete graffiti removal and anti-graffiti service.  This division has flourished to encompass a wide range of specialist cleaning and coatings services including consultancy and strategic planning.

MDRC's services are provided nationwide to local authorities, major waste contractors, the health service, housing associations, and the private sector.
