MCA Consulting Engineers Limited, formerly Michael Cade Associates - Building Services Consulting Engineers, has enjoyed continuous trading since its formation in 1977. The practice serves many areas of the building services industry including residential, commercial, light industrial and conservation / historic buildings in the public and private sectors.

The principle partner and director, Michael Cade, has established development of the business over the years by providing project engineering services design for direct client appointments or through working in partnership with a professional members of a multi-disciplined design team.

Our field of work covers a wide range of establishments and building types, both in the UK and abroad, and includes commercial and retail premises, educational institutions, medical facilities, residential developments, leisure facilities, historic buildings as well as a number of Christian churches for several denominations and movements.

Of growing importance is the involvement with projects using renewable and sustainable energy sources. Studies have been undertaken for a number of buildings, and a significant number of projects are now proposed, or under construction, using such facilities, especially with biomass boilers.
