We will accompany you to suitable short listed properties and offer advice and recommendation of associated professionals. Our ultimate aim is to find and secure the purchase of your dream home at the right price with the minimum amount of inconvenience to you.

• We arrange an initial consultation with you to present up to date information regarding our service and to obtain complete details of your requirements. This includes:- personal information, property requirements, price range, and optional evaluation of your present home to aid us in finding something you will love.
  

• We then register on your behalf to all possible avenues of the property market this may include auctions and private sales. Your personal information is kept private and is not disseminated without prior approval.
  

• We monitor and track the market for anything that potentially fits the specified criteria. Anything we think will suit your requirements we view! We will provide you with regular updates and a short list of suitable properties.
  

• We will also accompany you to a number of short listed properties in order to offer information, advice and recommendations if required.
  

• We can also assist you with purchase negotiations including obtaining quotes and recommendations of associated professions.
  

The initial contract of our service is 3 months. This may be extended upon request.
