Whilst offering a day-to-day taxi service for many happy local customers, we also excel at providing local businesses with their specialised transport requirements. This ranges from covering the weekend activities of local nightclubs to providing transport to local health, education and prison authorities and corporate businesses across the county.
The fact that so many of our drivers are in their second careers may well have something to do with it, bringing with them a wide range of experiences and interests to the job.
The majority of our drivers are 'owner-drivers', using prestige vehicles that will certainly add perceived quality when a client is collected or ar
rives at a destination, as well as adding to the overall quality of the journey. Company drivers also use a range of quality vehicles, from saloons to wheelchair- access MPVs - between them, we are able to offer a vehicle to suit almost every requirement.
We run a specialist, secure, computer-based booking and invoicing system and for certain of our account customers we are able to offer a totally secure, online booking facility. Using this system, customers can book journeys in the knowledge that a rapid confirmation of the booking will be made by email, noting any changes that may have to be made in order to dovetail into the workflow.
For airport runs, whether to Bristol International Airport or further afield to Heathrow/ Gatwick/Stansted/ Manchester/Southampton Airports, or trips to local railway stations such as Bath Spa or Bristol Templemeads, we offer very competitive rates for single passengers or groups. Similarly, regular contract work brings its own range of tailored discounts.
