| The company was founded in the early 1960's with its head office and manufacturing facility still operating from its original site in Washer Lane in Halifax. Employing 40 staff and also operating large wholesale/storage facilities at its headquarters in Halifax in conjunction with a purpose buillt facility at its strategically positioned Cumbernauld site in Scotland. With the original business being built on oil based products for the foundry and engineering industries, the last three decades have seen changes with the advances in technology. Superior binder systems are now available ex stock from both sites. In the 1980's starch and dextrin products together with Gypsum plasters were added following important distributor agreements taking the customer base from SHIPBUILDERS - AUTOMOTIVE - DENTISTRY BALLET SHOE MANUFACTURERS. In 1991, keeping up with the quality demands of our customers we formalised our existing quality system achieving accreditation with Lloyds to BS EN ISO 9002. The Supply of products so readily available from both its Halifax and Cumbernauld sites ensures excellent delivery and customer services operations. |
