FACE Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to facilitate implementation and help ensure the effective use of the FACE tools at both individual and management level. These include:

• Training
  Training is available for all FACE tools by accredited FACE trainers. The sessions include some or all of the elements described in the link to the left. We also run a centralised training programme for people wishing to become accredited FACE Trainers for details of this programme please contact usif you are interested in attending such a course.
• Benchmarking
  FACE toolsets and software are designed to facilitate benchmarking and many users have expressed interest in joining a benchmarking club. If you are interested please contact us.
• Content Management
  As electronic implementations grow in scale it is often difficult to ensure that similar data items are collected in similar fashion throughout the organisation or to ensure that new data sets can be reported upon effectively. The FACE Content Management Service enables data to be managed in a flexible but controlled manner whilst ensuring effective reporting. For details contact us.
