Welcome to the INPACT Project Readiness Assessment demonstrator
This demonstrator has been designed to show you how we use the INPACT methodology to identify and quantify barriers to successful delivery of IT projects in client organisations.
The INPACT Project Readiness Assessment is designed for organisations of more than 250 employees. It can be used at the planning stages of a transformation project or in order to troubleshoot a project that is not delivering as expected.
A full project risk assessment would involve interviewing a sample of stakeholders to fully understand the issues and barriers and the use of over a dozen models and tools that we have integrated into INPACT to ensure equal attention is paid to people and process issues.
