The Imaginist Company is a UK-based independent consultancy specialising in helping organisations change and modernise to realise the benefits of e-technology.
We have developed a unique INPACT methodology to help our clients raise the level of benefits they can realise from transformation projects and programmes.
What is a Transformation Project?
We use the term Transformation Project to mean:
“any change project or programme that introduces significant change to the way an organisation works”
This includes process improvement projects, introduction of new IT systems, restructuring and rationalising organisations and supply chains.
Why?
Because to be successful, any substantive change initiative has to focus not only on business process and structure change - i.e. how you do stuff, but also on corporate culture change - i.e how your people think and behave.
It is this dual focus that defines a project as transformational.
