The Information and Technical Support Service (ITSS) is an autonomous, self financing business unit operating within Durham County Council.

ITSS delivers a wide range of ICT, gas, electrical, mechanical and Health and Safety services to schools in County Durham and surrounding LEA’s
via specialist teams based at Gilesgate and Spennymoor, in County Durham.

Sales at ITSS include ICT consumables, ICT network installations and a wide range of computers and associated peripherals.
