Development of the Project Review Document, PID, detailed stage plans Windows 2000 architecture, user profiles, data & applications migration & user training. Bid Manager responsible for successful bid stages within Invest to Save (ISB) tendering process for Braintree & Colchester, Bexley & Croydon Councils’ in partnership with BT/Syntegra & KPMG plus other major third party product & service suppliers.
January 1998 to March 1999 Senior Project Manager / Bid Manager providing management consultancy to Bull’s Image & Workflow Group responsible for major pre & post sales assignments.

q HM Customs & Excise desktop imaging system development, UK wide roll-out & support.
q Norwich City Council e-Government feasibility study, requirements analysis, conceptual design & consultancy assistance in the development of their OBC for OGC review & PFI/PPP approval.
q Management of final development to operational support of London Borough of Hounslow front & back office image & workflow systems (CRM). Regular status reviews with Borough Treasurer & Bull Directors.
February 1996 to December 1997 Consortium Project Manager with P&L responsibility of a £25M (annual value) project comprising 40 staff from Bull, Northern Telecom/Cogent & Logica. Responsible for the implementation, rollout & support of Unix & desktop systems to 500 British Army locations throughout the UK & overseas (strictly to PRINCE).

March 1994 to February 1995 Senior Project & Bid Manager with responsibility for a team of technical specialists.

q Project Management consultant assigned for 8 months to pre-sales proposal team for a major MoD distributed network procurement valued at £75M. Personally responsible for service design & contract negotiation for client training, operational systems support (£7M) & systems roll-out (£3M). Proposed solutions of above service areas were awarded 1st place by MoD against EDS & SCS although contract not awarded to Bull on BAFO (EDS £23M Vs SCS £70M, Bull £63M).
q Project Management consultant assigned to bid manage systems integration services with SEMA FM for the DSS Facilities Management outsourcing services. Contract won by Bull.
q Software Development Manager for the RAF LITS Project IBM AIX Secure systems project.
q Project Management consultant responsible for the design of a corporate Help Desk & Technical Support operation (to ITIL) for all Glaxo UK companies comprising 7,000 users.
August 1992 to March 1994 Senior Technical Project Manager & Bid Manager with additional responsibility for line management of group of senior technical specialists ensuring complete delivery of services to Bull customers.
