Returning an IAP-Publishers Item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your IAP purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Please follow the steps below to enable your refund to be processed efficiently:
Fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number;
If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Your Account, linked from the iap-publishers.com website;
In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip;
Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories;

We will notify you via e-mail when your return has been processed. This may take up to three weeks.
