Film starts from tiny beginnings - a spark of imagination. The journey to articulate our seed of thought from a blank page to eventual screenplay is long as each line, each scene, each act weave together to heighten the overall picture. We bend and sway with plot. Then we breath a sigh in its final revelation...is it not good?

This is the philosophy of Haiku Pictures LTD, independent film-makers. Haiku Pictures was established in 2004 when Noreen Harewood, then a uninspired copywriter in an extremely uncreative job, decided it was time to unleash her imagination on film.

Originally Haiku Pictures LTD intended to create short film - few words, great imagery, just like a haiku (hence the company name).  However, the imagination could not be contained and so production began on a feature...
