Back Treatment @ £30 (25 mins) - Deep cleanse, exfoliate, treatment & mini massage

Sports massage - 30mins @ £35; 1hr @ £60.00

Head, Neck & Shoulders massage @ £20.00 (20 mins)

Chi Machine Therapy - £1 p/m - £15 (15mins)*

Inversion Table Therapy - £1 p/m - £15 (15mins)*

Muscle Imbalance Therapy - £1 p/m 30mins @ £30 - Identify and treat muscle imbalances (consultation)

Infra Red/Mineral Lamp Therapy _ £1.25 p/m - £25.00 (20mins)*

Trigger Points Therapy - £1 p/m - Breakdown lactic acid build up in stiff/sore muscles. Improves mobility! (Consultation)

Head massage – 20mins @ £20.00

Reflexology - 1 hr + consultation@ £40.00 (consultation)

Full body (Head/Face – Toe) – 70mins @ £65.00

Leg massage - £25.00

Thai Adaptation massage – 30mins £35 – 1hr £60.00 (consultation)

Manicure - 30mins @ £25

Pedicure - 35mins from £30

Children (under 13yrs), Toddlers & Babies - half hour frm £20.00
