Gemco Services Ltd is a locally based company and has been operating for over 11 years in the building trade.  

We cover most aspects of general building including extensions, loft conversions and refurbishment works, in and around St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn, Watford and North London including Finchley, Hendon, Mill hill etc.

We also specialise in adaptations for disabled people including:

• Mechanised Toilets
• Mechanised Baths
• Hoists Ramps and all associated works.

We pride ourselves in being a small, friendly organisation which carries out all its work to a very high standard.  We work for local authorities, schools, industry and the private sector and can provide references from any of these.

We are members of the UK Trades Confederation, Constructionline and are registered with CHAS.
