Service support is the key to Fiveways Hire’s philosophy, supporting and upholding this is our 24 hour service and breakdown department.We offer a nationwide response and our engineers are on call 24 hours a day.
Our response and repair times are unrivalled in the municipal hire industry, with an average response for a road breakdown being 60 minutes. Of those breakdowns 98% are repaired and back working within 180 minutes.

The service team at Fiveways not only provide nationwide breakdown and service assistance for our hire fleet, but also manage maintenance contracts, which include fleet inspections, MOT’s and the refurbishment of the vehicles.
